Delivery and Returns Policy

At SECAN, we explain the delivery and return conditions for our digital services and software products in detail below.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Our software and digital services do not require physical delivery. All our services are delivered instantly or within the specified timeframe via the internet.

- Account credentials sent to your registered email address
- Delivery time for websites and custom projects varies based on project details

2. Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
A 1-month cancellation notice period applies to our monthly subscription plans. Your cancellation request will take effect from the next billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Cancellation terms for annual subscriptions are specified on the product detail page. Generally, annual payments are non-refundable, but special cases are evaluated.
3. Refund Policy by Product Type
Digital Downloads (Ebooks & templates)
All digital downloads, including the Money X-Ray Audit and similar one-time digital products, come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked — if you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
SaaS Subscriptions (e.g. Secan Asistan)
You can cancel a SaaS subscription at any time. If you're not satisfied with your first payment on a new subscription, contact us within 14 days of that payment for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Refunds for subsequent renewal payments are not automatic but can be requested and will be reviewed.
Custom Projects
The guarantees above do not cover custom, made-to-order projects (such as bespoke website design and development). These projects are scoped, priced, and delivered individually per customer under a signed contract, which sets out payment terms, delivery dates, and cancellation terms specific to that project. See Section 5 for details.
Return requests must be reported in writing to inbox@secan.info.
4. Refund Process
- Refund request is submitted via email
- Request is evaluated within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are reflected to your account within 10 business days
- Refund is processed through the payment method used (credit card, bank transfer)
5. Custom Projects and Web Design
For web design and software development projects:
- Detailed proposal and contract prepared before project start
- Payment plan and delivery dates specified in contract
- Work completed is billed in case of cancellation after project start
- Revision rights and additional request terms are determined per project
